Welcome to TimeHandle! Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, installing, or using TimeHandle, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Description

TimeHandle is an iOS calendar sync tool that provides the following core features:

• Read and display iOS system calendar events
• Multi-calendar selection and sync
• Custom event reminders
• Automatic background sync

2. Free vs Premium

2.1 Free Version

Free users can sync 1 calendar and enjoy basic reminder features with no time limit.

2.2 Premium Version

Premium users unlock the following benefits through subscription or one-time purchase:

• Unlimited calendar sync
• Full reminder features
• Priority technical support
• Free updates for future features

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Options

• Monthly Subscription: ¥6/month, auto-renewing
• Yearly Subscription: ¥38/year, auto-renewing, includes 3-day free trial
• Lifetime Purchase: ¥68, one-time payment for lifetime access

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be deducted within 24 hours before the current period ends.

3.3 Free Trial

The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the yearly price unless you cancel. Only one free trial per Apple ID.

3.4 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.

3.5 Refund Policy

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. For refunds, please contact Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com). TimeHandle does not process refunds directly.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass free version restrictions or premium validation
• Infringe upon Apple's or third parties' intellectual property rights

5. Permissions

TimeHandle requires the following permissions to function properly:

• Calendar Permission: Required, for reading and syncing your calendar events
• Notification Permission: Optional, for sending event reminders

You can enable or disable these permissions at any time in iOS system settings.

6. Disclaimer

• TimeHandle strives for accurate data sync but is not responsible for any losses caused by data loss, delays, or errors
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (such as iCloud sync errors)
• App features may change with iOS updates; we will do our best to adapt to new versions

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part of our services at any time. Major changes will be announced in the app or on our website. Paid users' benefits will not be affected during their active subscription period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.

9. Terms Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TimeHandle constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
